Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 per annum plus superannuation

 Monitoring the growing conditions of a variety of oranges to identify the optimum humidity,
moisture, temperature and other cultivation procedures to ensure the suitability of the
quality control systems.
 Undertaking fertigation and moisture management.
 Overseeing all plantings throughout the production cycle to ensure all tasks are routinely
performed in accordance with the standards and as per the requirements.
 Planning the irrigation, fertilisation, weed, pest and disease control schedules to ensure
optimal growth.
 Determining the ideal plant nutrition, health and overall quality.
 Ensuring the production schedules are met for each step in a timely manner for all plantings,
growing and harvesting.
 Monitoring crop health to forecast volume and quality.
 Work alongside with external agronomists, agriculture technologist and consultants.
About you
Ideal candidates for the above positions must possess the following qualification and attributes:
 AQF Certificate III or IV in horticulture, agriculture or in a related field.
 Extensive grower experience with knowledge in crop health, production procedure and pest
control.
 Have at least two years of working experience in the relevant role.
 Computing and administration skills.
 Sound communication skills.
 Driver’s licence.
