Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Preferred candidates will have experience in Plasterboard Wall and Ceiling installation or Construction Industries. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of projects.

1. Qualifications:

Experience in the construction industry in a role such as Project Coordinator or similar.

Bachelor's degree of Construction Management, or other related field (preferred).
Relevant work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
Experience in Wall and Ceiling Plastering Installation (required).
2. Project Management:

· Coordinate construction projects from planning to completion.

· Ensure all aspects of the project meet safety and quality standards.

· Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute project plans.

3. Team Leadership:

· Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Hold regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

· Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.

4. Quality Control:

· Monitor construction activities to ensure craftsmanship meets project specifications.

· Conduct regular inspections to promptly identify and address any quality issues.

· Implement corrective measures to maintain high quality standards.

5. Communication:

· Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.

· Provide regular updates to project managers on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

· Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
