Management Consultant HOP

Our Client Southpac Aerospace - xxxxxxx – Located in Gold Coast, QLD is seeking a Full-time position for Management Consultant HOP between $125,000 - $135,000 a year.

DUTIES:

• Liaising with stakeholders to develop processes and strategic plans to achieve customer satisfaction in the areas of safety trust and engagement utilising the organisations resources
• Analysing and evaluating research survey outcomes against planned systems and methods to be implemented
• Discussing current systems with staff and board of directors and observing systems at all levels of organisation to ensure their success
• Addressing organisational system shortcomings and develop suitable solutions to creating efficiencies to organisational problems with staff and the board of directors
• Reviewing, preparing, evaluating, reporting, and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures records, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems
• Implementing recommendations through the facilitation of HOP courses and workshops to learn revised instructions through organisation procedure safety manuals and standards
• Consulting and the implementing delivery of learning teams, with revised and other associated services
• Development and maintenance of existing and new training courses and safety interventions and tools for resource use
• Delivering and manage consulting, auditing and other similar services to company’s clients
• Attending and participating in industry events including conferences, seminars and trade shows with stakeholder organisations
• Supporting the CEO and fellow consultants with management consultancy and other activities, as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant qualifications
• Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in similar industry and role
• Strong communication, public speaking, and influencing skills
• Change management and leadership skills
• Strong OH&S experience required
