Job Description

Global Vision Recruitment on Behalf of AUSTRALIAN MANAV GROUP PTY LTD

Position: Office Manager
Salary: $73,500 to $85,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Location: 5/25 Perpetual street, Truganina VIC 3029
Experience required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant roles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Contribute to the strategic planning and continuous review of office operations, setting clear priorities and service standards to improve office efficiency and meet company goals.
• Ensure office procedures are streamlined and effectively support the needs of the security team and overall company operations.
• Manage office space, human resources, and equipment, ensuring resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee and assign work to office staff, ensuring tasks are completed within established timelines and to a high standard.
• Monitor staff performance, providing guidance and support to maintain a productive and motivated team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements when necessary.
• Ensure the proper management and organization of office records, files, and accounts, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Handle financial accounts, including invoicing, budgets, and expense tracking, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with external professionals, vendors, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication to resolve issues and support office operations.
• Collaborate with security management teams to address operational challenges and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Monitor the condition of office equipment and supplies, ensuring they are regularly maintained, repaired, and restocked as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant government legislation and ensure all office operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including policies and procedures related to security industry standards.
• Oversee human resource activities, including the hiring, training, and supervision of office personnel.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Management or relevant (Preferred but not mandatory).

Other Requirements:
• Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably within a security or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of office procedures, accounting practices, and record management.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and employment law.
