Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant’s sea urchin-focused menu.
Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards and meet the restaurant’s quality guidelines.
Assist in developing and refining new recipes, contributing to seasonal menu changes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
Monitor food stock levels and ensure efficient inventory usage.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Experience in Japanese cuisine or seafood is highly preferred.
Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A creative mindset with a passion for contributing to new and seasonal menu ideas.
Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team and other restaurant staff.
Good organizational and time management skills.
