Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: $73,150 plus 11.5% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Location: 47 Botany Rd, Waterloo NSW 2017
Experience required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant roles.

We are looking for an experience Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and event coordination.
• Manage purchasing, pricing, and budgeting in line with financial goals for both food and bar.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock, and financial transactions for both kitchen and bar.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across dining and bar areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all dining and bar facilities.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on food, drinks, and service.
• Recruit, train, and oversee waiting, kitchen, and bar staff.
• Assist with reservations, greet guests, and take orders as needed.
Qualifications:
• Diploma of Hospitality Management (preferred but not mandatory).
Other Skills and Requirements:
• At least 2 years proven experience as Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
