On behalf of our client, Dojo Legal Australia is looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchenhand.

Location: Cable Beach, WA 6726

Salary Range: $66,000 per annum

Position: Kitchenhand

Employment Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)

Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery; and/or
At least two years of relevant full time or part time equivalent experience in kitchenhand role or a similar position.
A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and commitment to food safety and quality.
Experience in assisting chef and cook is a plus.
Applicant must solidly commit to at least 2 to 3 years of permanent full-time employment with the employer.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist kitchen and service staff in preparing and serving food.
Keep food preparation and service areas clean and organized.
Clean cooking utensils and equipment used in the kitchen.
Cook, heat and toast basic dishes.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including salads, sandwiches, and simple dishes.
Pack food and beverage trays for service.
Maintain kitchen supplies by transferring, weighing, and checking items.
