Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designing menus, forecasting food and labor expenses, and managing the ordering of ingredients.
• Overseeing the quality of meals throughout the cooking and presentation process.
• Collaborating with Managers, Dietitians, and kitchen and wait staff to address food preparation matters.
• Showcasing techniques and providing guidance on cooking methods.
• Handling the preparation and cooking of meals.
• Communicating and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
• May be responsible for recruiting and training staff.
• May also handle the freezing and preservation of food.
Qualification and experience Required
Diploma level of studies with at least two years of relevant experience
