Health Information Manager

Role Overview:

In this role, you will oversee health information systems, particularly managing their bespoke digital health platform, Biiography. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinical and administrative data flow while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage comprehensive health information systems and workflows
Oversee the collection, storage, and retrieval of patient health information
Implement and maintain quality control procedures for data accuracy
Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy laws and regulations
Develop and maintain health information policies and procedures
Train and support clinical staff in using health information systems
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize information flow
Utilise and help enhance their Biiography platform for efficient data management

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Bioinformatics or Health Information Management
Strong knowledge of healthcare data management and medical terminology
Experience with electronic health record systems and digital health platforms
Excellence in maintaining medical/legal compliance and privacy standards
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Experience in training and supporting healthcare professionals
