Job Description

We are looking for a Live Chat Agent that will be responsible for providing real-time assistance and support to customers via live chat platforms on a company’s website or application. They aim to enhance the customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through various processes or product information.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, providing clear solutions or directing customers to the appropriate department.
Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Order Assistance: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns or exchanges, and addressing payment issues.
Escalation Management: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or management, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Education: Guide customers through product features, software functionalities, or any technical aspects of services.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help identify areas of improvement and report common issues to management.
Multitasking: Handle multiple live chats at once while ensuring quality responses, prioritizing urgent inquiries.
Record Keeping: Document interactions, follow-up actions, and resolutions for future reference and quality assurance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and empathetically in written form.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using live chat software, CRM tools, and basic computer systems.
