About Us
We are a joinery specialising in creating custom joinery solutions for both residential and commercial markets. With a reputation for providing affordable, high-quality products, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence for every project, no matter the size.
The Role
We are looking for a sales rockstar!
As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the design and sales process. From initial consultations to finalising designs, your creativity and communication skills will help turn ideas into stunning, functional realities.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Create design concepts and solutions using your design expertise and our design software (experience with design programs is a plus but we will train the right person).
• Prepare and present quotes.
• Collaborate closely with our production team to ensure design accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques.
About You
• A background in design, or joinery sales (experience in the joinery industry is highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport with a wide range of people.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to design.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Proficiency in design software or a willingness to learn.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Tasmania.
What We Offer
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Flexible working hours and no weekend work.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• The chance to work on diverse and exciting projects.
• A location that offers a fantastic lifestyle in one of the most beautiful regions in Australia.
