Full Time Chef

Marmalade Cafe is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chef capable of running a busy cafe in a busy shopping center north of the River, Salary : $73,000 - $75,000 a year

To be considered for the position you must possess the following
• Previous experience of at 2 years
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Have a professional temperament at all time
• Must work well with other staff members, be honest and respectful

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Creativity and high presentation standards
• Planning and organise the preparation and cooking of all of our food to the highest standards
• Demonstrating your flair for cooking by suggesting new dishes for the menu.
• Planning daily special
• Estimating food and other costs and reporting to management and owners
• Ordering stock and stock control
• Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff
• Ensure kitchen meets all health and safety requiremets.
