Location: IGA Runaway Bay
Position: Full-Time Retail Manager
Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 annually
Qualifications Required: AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
Experience Required: Minimum of three years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the product range and manage stock levels to ensure the store meets customer needs and maintains high service standards.
Develop and implement effective purchasing including pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Plan and execute promotional activities and advertising campaigns to enhance the visibility and appeal of our products and services.
Assist customers with their needs and provide expert advice on product usage to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain precise records of inventory and financial transactions to support efficient store management.
Manage budgeting processes to meet financial objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a high standard of service and adherence to company policies.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for all employees.
