Job Description
As a Solar Farm Project Team Leader at ACLE, your main role is to lead the successful implementation of solar energy projects on-site. You'll manage teams, coordinate resources, and ensure project goals are met while working closely with the Site Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Guide and inspire project teams, creating a positive and productive working environment.
• Set clear goals and priorities for team members.
• Work with others to plan projects, from setting timelines to allocating resources.
• Make sure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet quality standards.
• Make sure everyone has what they need to do their jobs well, like equipment and materials.
• Manage resources smartly for efficiency.
• Work closely with different groups, like clients, suppliers, and the Site Manager, to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Solve problems together and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Keep an eye on project milestones and how things are going.
• Report progress to the Site Manager and others in a timely manner.
• Make sure work meets quality standards and follows safety rules.
• Ensure all activities are done safely and correctly.
• Solve issues that come up during projects, making smart decisions to keep things on track.
• Adapt to changes as needed.
• Keep records of project plans, progress reports, and important details.
• Have everything organized for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in on-site operations, preferably in solar energy projects or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of project execution and safety practices.
Desirable
• Familiarity with solar farm operations.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
