Product of Italy is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our business. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills to ensure the company’s financial health and long-term sustainability.

Role
- The position requires a competent and strategic financial leader who can oversee the financial operations of the business and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- The Finance Manager will play a key role in financial planning, budget management, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- The successful candidate must have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to lead a finance team effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, policies, and processes to ensure business sustainability.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budget allocations, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation laws, and accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business planning.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to maintain high standards of financial management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
- Implement and maintain financial control systems and policies to safeguard company assets.

Skills and Qualifications
- AQF Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial management.
- CPA or CA qualification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and reporting requirements in Australia.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with key stakeholders.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (negotiable based on experience).
