Position: Telecommunications Network Planner
Salary: $73,500 to $77,000 plus 11.5% super
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Location: 12/217 Margaret St, Toowoomba City QLD 4350
Experience required: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a network planning role

We specialize in delivering innovative software, AWS/DevOps, mobile app development, and telecommunications services—including SDV, SAED, and wireless infrastructure build projects—across Australia.

We are currently seeking a Telecommunications Network Planner to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in planning and optimizing telecommunications networks, supporting critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Plan, design, and develop customer access telecommunication network infrastructure
• Diagnose and maintain microwave, telemetry, satellite, and radio communication systems
• Integrate telecom technologies with IT systems including databases, hardware, and OS
• Document and maintain network inventories and ensure compliance with standards
• Support SAED and wireless build teams with technical planning and network advice
• Liaise with vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards
• Optimize network performance and resolve technical issues in the field
• Provide practical solutions to field technicians to ensure smooth deployment

Qualification and Experience Requirements:
• Diploma in Telecommunications or equivalent qualification or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a network planning role
