Location: Infinity
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 + super

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Premium Venues, your primary focus is to drive continuous improvement in all measures of performance of the food & beverage operations with particular emphasis on innovation, reputation enhancement, quality of product and service, and profitability.
The Senior Venue Manager will be a visible leader and promoter of change. By maintaining awareness of industry trends, consumer tastes and new business opportunities, and will build a culture of excellence in all facets of the department, the Senior Venue Manager will provide consistent leadership and guidance to team members while ensuring operational requirements are maintained and exceeded.
To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hands-on managerial role
Worked in either a fine dining, bar, buffet and/or restaurants
Initiative and motivation to build sales and marketing to grow revenue via the attraction of new business
Experience managing functions from set up and execution to pack down.
Strong experience working in a busy bar during restaurant service
Sound understanding of COGS, labour costs, inventory, purchase orders and invoicing
Excellent knowledge of produce and beverages
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
High standard of grooming and presentation
