We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our growing team in Bunbury. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic company with a supportive and team-focused culture.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask
Your Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members
• Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations
