Job Description

We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Bepoz Global, based out of Melbourne (VIC) is actively looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join its team on a full-time basis. The business is Australia’s leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems. They are renowned for supplying products that are customised to meet the demands of running a bar, restaurant, cafe, hotel or club. In addition to POS system, Bepoz offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps & Self-Ordering fully customized to business.
Main Responsibilities of the role are-
• Develop and execute strategic marketing workflows to ensure daily activities align with long-term business objectives.
• Build and refined scalable marketing processes to improve campaign execution, collaboration, and operational efficiency across teams.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver impactful initiatives, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing content roadmap to support SEO strategies, enhance online visibility, and drive brand growth.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of brand-building campaigns designed to generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and support sales growth.
• Partner with the broader marketing team to deliver campaigns aligned with Bepoz Global’s long-term strategy, including benevolent programs and collaborations with AHA (Vic), Peter McCallum Charity Run, Pink October, and Movember.
• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape marketing strategies and improve product awareness across target markets.
• Conduct market research to develop well-informed go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Coordinate with social media and graphic design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across channels, maintaining brand consistency and meeting campaign goals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with integration partners, external digital agencies, and third-party collaborators to align efforts and ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Act as the key liaison for partnerships, resellers, and third-party vendors, coordinating marketing opportunities, joint campaigns, event sponsorships, and advertising to strengthen brand presence and drive lead generation to generate sales.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral and ensured brand consistency across brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Manage partnerships and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve customer retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term engagement.
• Lead and maintain CRM-driven marketing activities using HubSpot, including campaign management, lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate internal marketing efforts to support consistent brand messaging and alignment across teams.
• Identify and execute sales retention programmes, upsell and cross-sell opportunities through targeted campaigns and communication strategies.
Must Have –
• Must have atleast Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing
• Must have atleast 2 years of experience as Marketing Specialist
• Must have at least 2 years of Australian experience as Marketing Specialist.
• 1+ years of experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Constant Contact for lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance analytics
• 2+ years of experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns in the B2B SaaS and POS software domain

Skills Needed –
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Skilled in campaign performance tracking, reporting, and marketing funnel optimization using analytics tools and dashboards
• Proficient in marketing design tools and CMS platforms such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Ghost, and WordPress
• Experience creating lifecycle marketing programs for customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of A$75,000 to A$85,000 Plus Superannuation.
