Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support and assistance to our customers via live chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience through digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Document all customer interactions and feedback using CRM or chat software.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer inquiries.

Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or digital support role.

Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working with chat platforms, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.

Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
