Job Description

We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Esprit Network, based at Seven Hills, NSW is actively looking for a Contract Administrator to join its team on a full-time basis. Esprit Network Australia has been delivering innovative security, automation, and networking solutions since 1996. Based in Sydney, they are a trusted partner for government, commercial, and residential clients across New South Wales and the ACT. Their specialties include access control systems, CCTV, smart intercoms, automatic doors and gates, home automation, and structured cabling.
Main Responsibilities of the role are-
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to a range of security and automation projects, including installation, service, and maintenance agreements.
• Ensure all contract terms align with legal, compliance, and industry requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract documentation, correspondence, and variations.
• Support negotiation of contract terms with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist in managing contract risks, disputes, and resolution strategies.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and field teams to ensure contract obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance, milestones, and deliverables, reporting any discrepancies or risks to management
Must Have —
· Diploma or Similar qualification in any stream
· Australian qualification is must
· Minimum 2 year of Australian experience as a Contract Administrator.
· Prior experience working on projects involving security, automation, electrical, or construction-related contracts.
· Understanding of Australian contract standards and procurement processes.
Skills Needed
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and record keeping.
· Proficiency in contract management software
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with contracts administration or project management software
Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of $80,000 to $90,000 Plus Superannuation.
