Position: Contract Administrator
Salary: $77,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38
Mode: Full-time
Location: Suite 15, 1 Dight Street, Windsor, NSW 2756
Experience required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, and projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Administer contract documentation, ensuring all paperwork associated with contracts, projects, and services are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Ensure contracts and service agreements are executed in accordance with the company’s operational procedures and legal standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure security, cleaning, and manpower projects meet defined goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with external clients and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and resolve any issue related to contracts and services.
• Oversee the work carried out by contractors and vendors, ensuring work orders are fulfilled as per agreement and report on any variations or adjustments required.
• Monitor and review budgets, ensuring financial compliance with contract terms and providing regular reports to senior management on project progress and expenditures.
• Prepare and review submissions, proposal, and reports for senior management, outlining key deliverables, contract issues, and outcomes.
• Collect analyze, and report on project data, measuring performance against contractual agreements and identifying areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding any contract or service-related inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful long-term partnerships.
• Advise senior management on matters requiring immediate attention and ensure the effective implementation of decisions.
• Review and coordinate new office accommodation arrangements, ensuring the requirements align with company operations and client needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Contract Management or relevant (Preferred but not mandatory).
Other Skills and Requirements:
• Proven experience in contract administration or project coordination, preferably within the security, cleaning, or manpower industries.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
