The Venue
Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct has sweeping panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. We are seeking a full time chef to join our kitchen team.

The Role
As a Chef, you will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and will be taking the lead on your section in the kitchen. You will also be responsible on controlling the wages and the food cost within the business need and drive the team to create and produce high quality dishes using some of the best and freshest produce.
