Our Client ADERMINA PTY LTD ACN – xxxxxxx – Located in JULATTEN, QLD is seeking a Full-time Enrolled Nurse for between $74,000-$85,000

ADERMINA PTY LTD is looking for a Enrolled Nurse to join the team. Our focus is on ensuring an excellent quality of care to residents and by extension, their families.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement nursing care plans for patients, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices.
• Administer medications, provide treatments, and monitor patients’ responses to care, adjusting plans as needed.
• Support Registered Nurses and collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and assess the quality of care delivered.
• Facilitate health education initiatives to promote wellness and prevent illness within the community.
• Assist with essential newborn care, including bathing, feeding, changing, and settling infants.
• Offer guidance and practical training to parents, equipping them with the skills to care for their newborns confidently.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to parents as they navigate the early stages of parenthood.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

This position will require the following from the employee:

• Must provide a NDIS worker screening clearance that is dated not more than five years old to enable the assessment of whether the employee is suitable to provide care under the Aged Care Act.
• Must comply with having annual flu vaccination and be fully immunised against COVID-19.
• Must sign a statutory declaration to identify serious criminal activity committed outside of Australia. st comply with Adermina Pty Ltd’s Code of Conduct.
• Two years of on-the-job experience.
• Own transportation
