Reborn Projects Pty Ltd, a reputable renovation company specializing in bathrooms, kitchens, home extensions, and general renovations, is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and fully qualified Carpenter to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:
As a Carpenter with Reborn Projects Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
• Interpreting blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications.
• Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, cabinets, countertops, and molding.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Assembling, leveling, and installing building frameworks with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes.
• Inspecting and repairing damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures.
• Leading and directing labourers and construction helpers.
• Preparing on-site drawings for cabinetry, framing, and other projects.
• Creating mock-ups for client approval before starting work.
• Constructing window frames, doors, staircases, and cabinetry using raw materials or pre-constructed components.
• Framing room additions and other structural modifications.
• Selecting high-quality materials and evaluating them for defects.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, especially for kitchen and bathroom remodelling projects.
• Installing flooring, roofing, and drywall with precision to ensure compatibility and leveling.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• Certificate III in Carpentry (or higher).
• A minimum of 2 years of professional carpentry experience.
• The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• An artistic mindset with keen attention to detail.
• A friendly, professional demeanour and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A "can-do" attitude and commitment to excellence.

Additional Requirements:
• Permanent Residents will be given preference for this role.
