Joinery installer/Cabinet Maker

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker/ Joinery Installer to join our team and assist in manufacturing high-quality, custom cabinet solutions at our factory, ensuring each project meets customer specifications and high-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Measuring, cutting, carving, and assembling cabinet components based on design drawings and customer requirements.
Using various woodworking tools and machinery to process wood accurately, ensuring each component meets high-quality standards.
Installing custom cabinets precisely, including kitchen, bathroom, and other storage spaces.
Checking and ensuring all cabinet components' dimensions, joints, and finishes meet customer specifications.
Collaborating closely with other staff and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations, quality control standards, and company requirements.
Performing regular checks and maintenance on woodworking tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Providing guidance and training to new employees, ensuring they master necessary woodworking skills and standards.

Required Qualification and Experience
At least 2 years’ experience as a cabinet maker
Cert III or above in cabinet making or carpentry

Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in cabinet making, cutting, carving, and assembly techniques.
Skilled in accurate measurement and installation, with the ability to interpret and execute design plans.
Experienced in using woodworking machinery and power tools.
Knowledgeable in selecting and working with high-quality timber and finishes.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Effective time management skills.
High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Excellent customer service orientation.
