Role Overview:

We are seeking multiple Test Analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge Cloud Codeless BDD Test Automation Platform with millions of users, and support projects from our worldwide clients. We provide free training to fully support you to succeed if you are new to our system. Working within an Agile environment, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans, with a strong emphasis on BDD test automation using our codeless platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all testing efforts are aligned with business objectives and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies based on product requirements and technical specifications
Conducting system and integration testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage of user stories and requirements
Planning, preparing, and executing testing activities, including defect triage and reporting test results
Supporting business users during User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing
Working closely with product, development, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and product requirements
Participating in review meetings to understand product needs and assess potential risk areas
Optimizing CI/CD pipelines with automation excellence
What would make you a good fit for this role?

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in test analysis
Being able to run tests with AIQA BDD codeless testing platform is a plus
ISTQB certification is desirable
Demonstrated experience in BDD testing
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code, to integrate automated testing into CI/CD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues, triage defects, and work proactively
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
