Job Description
Position: contract administrator
Salary: $75,000 Plus 11.5% Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Location: F10B 47 Ashmore Road Bundall QLD 4217
Experience required: 2 years plus experience in a relevant role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for managing contracts and ensuring operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and associated documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Monitor contract performance and adherence to agreed terms, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals for contract changes, extensions, or terminations.
• Identify and resolve contract-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of IT and telecommunication projects.
• Provide regular reports and updates on contract statuses to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
Other Skills & requirements:
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role in IT, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and legal frameworks.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
