Salary: $74,000 Plus 11.5% Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time

Role Overview
We are looking for skilled and motivated Telecommunications Network Planners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan, develop, and optimize telecommunications networks, ensuring reliable and seamless communication services for our clients.

The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:

• Plan, design, and develop customer access telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Install, maintain, repair, and diagnose malfunctions in microwave, telemetry, multiplexing, satellite, and other radio and electromagnetic wave communication systems.
• Configure and integrate telecommunications technologies with IT systems, including software, hardware, desktops, peripherals, databases, and operating systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed inventories, equipment logs, and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice to SAED (Site Acquisition, Environmental, and Design) teams and wireless build teams, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external resources while monitoring contractual obligations and performance.
• Offer operational support in designing, optimizing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network performance issues.
• Provide solutions for field technicians and installation teams, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:
• Diploma or Telecommunications qualification or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Telecommunications Network Planner or in a similar role.

The candidate should possess the following tickets and licenses:
• Driver License
• White card
• RADHAZ Awareness
• Working at heights
• First Aid & CPR & LVR
