On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Systems Analyst (Lead) to join their team.
Resonate is an Australian scale-up organisation that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology, including machine learning, text analytics, and data visualizations, to help close the loop faster and deliver actionable insights to leading companies. Resonate has a range of flagship customers and rapidly growing brand recognition in the space.
As a Systems Analyst (Lead), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems and processes align with organizational goals. Beyond analysing and optimising systems, you will lead a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and providing guidance to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Duties
• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Develop, analyse, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Work with users to formulate and document business requirements.
• Design solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow options.
• Oversee solution implementation by coordinating production efforts with programmers.
• Validate results through rigorous testing and sign-offs.
• Ensure seamless operation by training personnel and providing ongoing support.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation to serve as a reference for team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend optimal practices, and enhance system functionality.
• Brainstorm and lead initiatives to add innovative functionality to systems.
• Use project management methodologies to develop project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Take ownership of deploying functional solutions, including system testing and quality assurance.
• Create user and training documentation and lead training sessions for internal teams.
• Oversee the development of functional specifications and ensure alignment with system requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for system-related decisions and guidance.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the team.

Qualification and Eexperience Requirements
• Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree or above in relevant major
• Experiences Requirement: At least three years relevant experience is required
