About Us
Kahvecioglu International Export & Import Pty Ltd (Trading as Grand Foods), a leading importer and food distributor in Australia, is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager for its Berry Road store in Campbellfield. The ideal candidate will oversee the store's operations, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Optimize product mix and inventory levels for both local and imported fine food products.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
3. Ensure excellent customer service by training staff and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
5. Oversee store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
6. Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast trends and make informed business decisions and ensuring financial record accuracy.
7. Implement and oversee quality control measures for all food products, especially perishables.
8. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and occupational health and safety standards
9. Develop and execute promotional events and displays to showcase Grand Foods' unique product offerings

Skills required:
• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma level studies
• At least two years of experience as a Retail manager
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory, budgets, and sales performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage and motivate teams.
