Developer Programmer

Our Client LEECARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD - ABN 23 093 142 520– Located in Essendon, VIC is seeking someone to take the position of Full-time Developer Programmer for between $75,000 - $100,000 a year depending on skill level, INCLUDES Superannuation, Overtime and Penalty Rates also available.

DUTES:
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to assess system requirements and develop solutions that align with LEECARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD’s business objectives.
• Design, test, and implement high-quality applications to support software solutions, client portals, and administrative tools.
• Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing software systems.
• Work closely with IT staff, clients, and stakeholders to develop technical solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and system architecture diagrams.
• Conduct regular code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards for maintainability and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to introduce new features and improvements that support digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure seamless system integration, rigorously testing software to guarantee optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Develop secure software solutions to protect sensitive data while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to business operations.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of two years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented approach.
• Experience with database systems, API development, and system integration.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own transport.
