THE ROLES
We have a vacancy for an experienced Cook Enjoy a varied role that allows you to use your creativity and cooking to do the talking with our customers in our Bistro, Sports Bar and Functions.
Bring your passion for serving the best hearty pub food in town, as well as creating 5* menus for our events and specials.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year in a Cook role
Passion for the job and bucket loads of creativity
Supportive and strong team player
Strong organisational skills
The ability to work well under pressure
A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
THE JOB:
Operational - Meal service
Operational - Cleanliness, hygiene & workplace safety
Food quality control
Educating floor staff in food knowledge

Salary $70,000-$80,000 Annual
