Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role supports the business’s growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, and campaigns

Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including seasonal campaigns, special events, and brand initiatives tailored to the target audience.
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing activities with product mix, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and emerging opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels. Track performance metrics and optimise strategies for improved ROI.
- Manage content creation for various platforms including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta Business Suite, and continuously stay informed of new tools and trends.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots with creative partners to maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Engage with local influencers, community organisations, and nearby businesses to build partnerships and expand brand awareness.
- Organise small-scale events, promotions, and local area marketing initiatives, such as flyers, in-store signage, and activations that drive customer traffic and retention.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and communication.
- Prepare and present marketing reports with data-driven insights, campaign evaluations, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives through the development of internal marketing materials and campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment for all initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Completion of an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in marketing, communications, business, or related field
-Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage
-Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a customer-first mindset
-Proven ability to manage social media platforms and use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
-Creative eye for design and content creation
-Confident in analysing marketing data to make informed decisions and recommendations
