Job Description

We are a Stone Manufacturing Company looking for the right candidate to be our Estimator. Our company has been in the stone industry for over 16 Years and we hope to recruit the right person to join us.

With this role you will be working alongside the Director. This role is crucial for budgeting, resource allocation and ensuring a projects profitability & feasibility.

As an Estimator your responsibility will be to:
- Review project plans, drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work
- Develop detailed project budgets and schedules
- Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Identify potential risks and suggesting cost-saving measures
- Monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle
