Permanent, Full-time position
$75.000 – 85.000 AUD
Surf City Group Pty Ltd (My Venue Clean) is looking for a reliable Contract Administrator (ANZSCO: xxxxxxx) to join our team on the Gold Coast. We are a cleaning service company focused on delivering high-quality, reliable and specialized cleaning solutions. Our services cover areas such as hospitality, medical, education, etc.
We are looking for someone who has over 2 year of experience and is qualified in
Key Responsibilities:
• Contributing to negotiation of contract terms with internal and external partners.
• Interpreting and explaining contract requirements, and terms and conditions to stakeholders to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements and inform decision-making stakeholders
• Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected
• Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
• Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
• Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organization’s activities
• Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation
Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Commerce, Management, or a closely related field.
• (Qualifications will be assessed against the Australian Qualifications Framework – AQF Level 5 or higher)
Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial project support roles.
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and project cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Australian standards or administrative practices is an advantage (but not mandatory for overseas applicants).
