Mamma’s Boy Trattoria is looking for two Full time Cooks to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking specific dishes as per standard recipes
• Assisting in food preparation and plating during service periods
• Following portion control and presentation guidelines
• Ensuring their workstation is clean, stocked, and organised
• Supporting the chefs during high-demand periods
• Performing intermediate prep tasks that require practical kitchen knowledge
• Monitoring food quality and reporting any inconsistencies to the Chef
• Complying with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assisting with stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients
• Not participating in staff management, rostering, or menu planning

Skills & Experience
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 years full time
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent cooking skills with a focus on nutrition and dietary needs.

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000
