GVRC on Behalf of Domino’s Victoria park

Position: Retail Store Manager
Salary: $73,500 plus 11.5% super
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time
Location: 410-412 Albany Highway Victoria Park 6100 WA
Experience required: Minimum 2 years experience in relevant roles

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Recruit, lead, support, and inspire your team to bring their best self to work and achieve KPIs and in-store targets.
• Assist in recruiting and training new team members.
• Plan and manage store rosters to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Ensure high standards and consistent customer experience
• Provide ongoing training to your team on the latest brand and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the founder, operations and marketing team to align in-store strategies with campaigns.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clear communication with the support team
• Work with Centre Management as required and ensure safety is always front of mind

Qualifications:
• Diploma of Hospitality Management

Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a store manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results.
• A passion for the retail and beauty industries, with solid product knowledge.
• Expertise in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• A positive attitude suited for a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Experience delivering Loss Prevention KPIs and driving Visual Merchandising initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, with a commitment to creating a safe working
environment for the team.
