supported living accommodation.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate cook to join
the Nagambie HealthCare team on a permanent full time or part time basis. Reporting to the Manager of Hotel Services, the successful applicant will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high quality, nutritious meals to our patients, residents, community care clients and visitors.

The role includes duties in the kitchen, meal production areas, functions and
cleaning. You will be responsible for applying and monitoring food quality of all
stages of production: from receiving goods, preparing, cooking, plating and
documentation for the food safety program

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role you will have the following:
- Essential to have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
qualification.
- Essential to have previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years full
time (or equivalent part time), preferably within an aged care or healthcare
setting.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to work in accordance with all food safety
requirements.
- Full understanding and willingness to comply with Nagambie HealthCare's OHS policies.
- Possess strong organisational & time management skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
- Show reliability, professionalism, punctuality and the ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ideally you will be flexible with a desire to be part of a committed cohesive team who work in a highly supported environment with great salary packaging opportunities.
