We are Mansys Pty Ltd, recruitment consultants. Our client, Trade Wind, based at Parramatta, NSW is actively looking for a Contract Administrator to join its team on a full-time basis. Trade Wind has been building confidently across New South Wales since 1972, specializing in project management and construction services. Our services encompass project design, head contracting, fixed price contracts, construction maintenance works, project delivery, and design & construct.

Main Responsibilities of the role are-
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts related to various projects, including design & construct and construct only.
• Interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract documents and correspondence.
• Negotiate contract variations and manage any disputes that may arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to project teams and senior management.

Must Have —
• Diploma or Similar qualification in Construction/ Business.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Contract Administrator.
• Some experience in construction industry
• Some experience in Australian work space in contracts maintenance

Skills Needed
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Successful candidate will be on an annual salary of $75,000 to $85,000 Plus Superannuation.
