Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Salary Range: $80,000 to $85,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
Position: Full-time (38 hours per week)
Location: 121 Stephen Road, Banksmeadow NSW 2019
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience (full-time) in relevant role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and designing cutting-edge mechanical systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies tailored to project requirements.
• Create and refine prototypes using CAD software
• Take precise measurements on-site and translating them into detailed CAD models using SolidWorks.
• Modify and refine designs to enhance manufacturability and streamline production workflows.
• Perform stress and failure analysis to ensure design reliability
• Coordinate with clients to discuss design expectations and implement their feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges
• Prepare production schedules and track progress to meet project deadlines.
• Develop and enforce standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, and workplace safety, ensuring compliance with engineering principles and enhance operational efficiency.
• Review and validate CAD/CAM diagrams to ensure design accuracy and conduct quality inspections for fabricated parts using advanced measurement tools.
• Oversee the production and assembly process

Qualifications and other Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 years (full-time) experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, commercial awareness, and material science
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
