Job Description

Global Vision Recruitment on Behalf of Citiclub Hotel T/A Ninth Grange Pty Ltd

Position: Hotel Manager
Salary: $65,000 to $78,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
Hours: 38
Mode: Full-time
Location: 113 Queen St, Melbourne, VIC 3000
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a commercial kitchen

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests
• Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers
• Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant area of study

Other Skills & Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Hotel Manager or equivalent role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficient in using hotel management software (Especially RMS) and systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
