Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee quality assurance frameworks tailored to fragrance development and scent diffusion equipment.
• Establish and monitor quality benchmarks across scent formulation, production, and equipment performance.
• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet Australian and international standards including IFRA compliance.
• Conduct quality audits of global suppliers and fragrance ingredient sources to verify consistency and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of bespoke scent formulations to maintain brand integrity for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scenting equipment is correctly installed, maintained, and perform as designed
• Lead investigations into product or service non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and integrate improvements into product and service delivery
• Train internal staff on quality standards, scent safety protocols, and best practices in product handling and installation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control activities, audits, and compliance measures
• Report regularly to management on quality assurance performance and recommend improvements
• Identify potential risks to product consistency and safety, developing strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure high standards across all operations

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead quality assurance initiatives and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities to manage quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and oversee product and equipment performance.
• At least a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum one year of full-time experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the fragrance, manufacturing, or sensory marketing industry.
