Role Description
You’ll attract new clients, with the training and support from a dedicated business mentor. We train you in our simple three step process for attraction and qualification, and you’ll become a business mentor for others.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll market our products, services and solutions via various platforms and conduct structured conversations to qualify prospective customers. Training and mentoring are part of the DNA of our business, and you’ll be a coach and mentor for other small business owners.
Guided by your mentor, you will set and achieve your own goals in an autonomous environment and be generously rewarded for your own efforts and success.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field – coaching, mentoring, HR, marketing, business management, business development, operational management, project management.
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
• Demonstrated success in a previous role / job.
• Excellent communication skills – via phone or video-based platforms.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and driven to achieve success.
