Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Data Entry Specialist at Fidelity, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our system. This includes verifying and updating customer information, processing new account applications, and managing customer inquiries and requests. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system
- Verify and update customer information on a regular basis
- Process new account applications and ensure all required information is complete
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in customer data
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience for our clients
- Continuously follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data entry processes and procedures
- Keep up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to our clients
