We are seeking a dynamic, creative and career focused Cook for our Kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following Chichha’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to health regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute to new dish ideas.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety protocols, including proper storage and handling.
• Manage portion control and minimize food waste.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues for repairs.
• Adhere to all company policies and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals during service hours..
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
• Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in dishes.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy service times.
• Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good understanding of kitchen equipment and maintenance.
